Terms of Service

By accessing or using PromptKey Academy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

PromptKey Academy provides online educational content and training materials in AI engineering through lessons, tutorials, code examples, and community features. The Service is for educational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase only
• No refunds for renewals or after 30-day window
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated

All content (videos, text, code examples, curriculum) is owned by PromptKey Academy and protected by copyright laws.

You MAY:

• Access content for personal, non-commercial learning during active subscription
• Download and modify code examples provided in lessons for personal projects
• Share projects you create using skills learned

You MAY NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, license, or share our educational content
• Share account access with others
• Record, copy, or download videos for redistribution
• Use our content to create competing educational products
• Remove copyright notices or attribution

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post spam, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or use automated tools to access the Service

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, APIs, or services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, cloud providers). We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services
• Costs incurred from using third-party APIs or services
• Changes to third-party terms, pricing, or functionality
• Any damages resulting from your use of third-party services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptKey Academy, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or share through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time (except as required by law)
• We may delete your account data after 90 days

Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt informal resolution
• Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules
• Location: Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington
• No Class Actions: You agree to arbitrate disputes individually, not as part of a class action

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PromptKey Academy regarding the Service.
